Join Denyse for a welcoming and informative 4-night series of group Childbirth Education classes designed to empower and support you through your pregnancy and birth journey. This hands-on series blends Evidence-Based Education with Christian Hypnobirthing, movement, and strengthening exercises to help you feel confident and prepared. Together, we’ll explore key topics such as pregnancy essentials, nutrition, stages of labor, comfort measures, postpartum care, newborn basics, breastfeeding, and the fourth trimester. Private classes are also available for a more personalized experience. We’d love to support you every step of the way!
